Hello,
I've bought 3+ bitcoins 1 time using phone and it goes very well - it cost approx. 50$ (141+ polish zlotys). Next time when i tried i called the number 7088 70979 and entered the code. It held me on line for 18+ minutes (horrible tarif - cash per minute) and after i've paid the payment window displayed something like "fraud attempt", but it ate my MONEY! I've tried second time - same thing. I DIDN'T RECIEVED BITCOINS BOTH TIMES BUT I SPEND 100$ FOR IT!

I've tried to contact blockchain's support - nobody responding me for 5 days. Same to ZayPay (payment provider) Customer Care. Nothing...

What can i do now?

I didn't knew blockchain.info sold coins.  Where on their site did you buy these coins?

Warning, you have divulged your wallet identifier in the screenshot.

Companies claiming they got hacked and lost your coins sounds like fraud so perfect it could be called fashionable.  I never believe them.  If I ever experience the misfortune of a real intrusion, I declare I have been honest about the way I have managed the keys in Casascius Coins.  I maintain no ability to recover or reproduce the keys, not even under limitless duress or total intrusion.  Remember that trusting strangers with your coins without any recourse is, as a matter of principle, not a best practice.  Don't keep coins online. Use paper or hardware wallets instead.

This is the problem, deposits are restricted to one per user per month.

The payment never reached us because ZayPay blocked it, I have asked them to refund the order but it can take a while.

You will not have your Bitcoins. From what i understood from piuk's reply he asked the payment processor to refund you.

How it will be refunded?

To your phone prepaid credit most likely, if that was were it was taken. But if that's what will happen it could take months.
And dude, really, pay $50 for 3 bitcoins? geez... I don't know why do you guys think it's worth it, honestly.
Maybe I should fire up a page with my SMS gateway and start selling you all overpriced bitcoins.

Lol this is funny... Wouldn't be better to just ask ZayPay for this payment and send BitCoins to me?

@psy: do you know any other way to cashout money from phone? I have more than 5000$ on phones... Lol, i can also use some mobile payment processors...
