just to let you know, the source is very weird, it is obviously forked from RootCoin and some of the staking features are disabled:

https://github.com/doged/doged-source/blob/280ea4af9ea73e27f2105cfd6954ec52ac31568c/src/main.cpp#L44

Don't be disappointed if something is not working later Smiley

The dev probably wanted a pure PoW Coin but forked a PoS.. Dunno why .. lol Smiley

I did not say anything against it - i would have just forked a pure PoW coin if I would be launching a PoW Coin Smiley

Probably so he can easily port the anon features from shadowcoin without being required to rewrite code for PoW coins. Wouldn't surprise me if something went wrong though.

If it's a direct fork from Root 1.1 .. It should be okay.. Just not sure how it will do with the disabled PoS stuff and there is no leveldb included - large wallets will be having a problem - which will affect pools mostly.

It seems nobody is on the same block around here! We all split different ways?

Here are some block to check from pools to ensure if forked or not:
dogecoindarkd getblockhash 575
0000000015484059b21d4b1c75bf25d076366b6a1291fa02c7cf7c141e86491f

dogecoindarkd getblockhash 570

dogecoindarkd getblockhash 565
0000000009220cd6dda7d517d43a6f92f533027df01daa2fe7debfede81b9bf8

dogecoindarkd getblockhash 560
00000000076c843829981be587399ac09477e0c581f963c490387b65ea0d93dd

EDIT: The 3 listed pools appear on the same block, I guess we are good for the moment.

Has anyone got any "confirmed" blocks yet? I have a bunch but they are all unconfirmed. The pool site says I need 120 confirmations? Is there enough momentum to get those confirmations yet?
