Whats up with your stock?  Which stock is the real one? Would you say its a good idea to invest?

The company is selling its stock under current one tickernamed: CheaperinBitcoins-Stocks

The 2nd one is named: CIB-Solutions  and is an old investment plan/loan I had going when Cheaper In Bitcoins first emerged and that one is in the process of being payed back do not purchase from this ticker name.(For the record I've been paying this loan back even when Cheaper In Bitcoins wasn't making any income while the website was offline for months.)

I recommend for the long term investors to invest right now, and the short term investors to invest in 1 - 3 months from now, when all my merchants are signed on and the websites visual functionality more accurately reflects the almost flawless back-end and can allow short term investors their quick value they strive for.

Darn, sold my CIB-Solutions shares for bitcents on the dollar the other day, cause I thought it was dead. Sad
I repeat do not purchase CIB-Solutions......

Bought it back when you put them on sale... oh well no biggy

To merchants: You now have the ability to add products. Still working on photo uploads tho so hang tight for that. Besides the photos all the functionality is there for successful buy/selling

API is undergoing testing. As of right now there is the Javascript API where you include a the javascript file and then execute the functions accordingly on your website.

For those who want to test it out, you basically include this code
Code:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://cheaperinbitcoins.com/theme/default/js/api.js"></script>

and then call the various functions on your links. For instance if you are a merchant and you added a product to the cheaper in bitcoins.com store, and that product id was 5 then you would create a link like this

Code:
<a href="javascript:void(0);" onMouseUp="cib_addToCart(5, 1);">Add to cart</a>

Documentation on this function:
cib_addToCart(product_id, quantity);
Product Id: The #id number of the product you'd like the customer to add to their cart, when upon clicking the link
Quantity: Quantity

Just realized a fully functional JavaScript API is going to hit some limits mainly due to the Same domain policy for Ajax requests. So i'll have to get to work on a PHP library or somthing of that sort.

To Merchants: Photo uploads should now work -- Let me know if you find that you are able to upload executable files cuz that should be filtered out.

Product Display page is undergoing work right now.

Been getting a lot of feed back so working my way up to near perfection. Thanks everybody!

Cronjobs are now activated. This means all functions are now active and all transactions should process... here is a link to a successful transaction I just committed: http://cheaperinbitcoins.com/order.php?1895-f6edcf06d8f65f79eea3028c75e18235bb27374cbc22afa8249d09b9268036ac6f1a6980551df110fb86bb80a82aec167f291e94494dba2b1f67bfc874681d2c

When i checked went into my merchant account and marked items as shipped -- I immediately received my funds.

Hey,

seems a lot better. I'm still missing:

 - password change (I chose really bad one I can't remember)
 - empty categories should not be shown
 - shipping costs.
 - shipping address in profile.

Keep the good work!

Excellent suggestions, I will be adding those along with another feature a merchant request which was the "Analytics" page for merchants to see how well their products are doing and how their customers reached (or exited) the page. Thanks mate!

Okay I have updated the site with the following commits:

*Order form now requires a BTC return address in the event of some or all Bitcoins to be returned back to the customer.
*Products display the merchants title(if any) if there isn't a merchant title set then it will display the merchant id#(there is no form to type in your merchant title as of yet.
*(sub)Categories do not show up if their are no products locate in them.
*Shipping address is shown to the merchant.

(More to come this week)

Hey, one more bug. I've noticed when I go to http://cheaperinbitcoins.com/browse?category_id=5 , the Roku 2 shows price $10.9..., but actually its the price in BTC. This only happens in the category, on main page it's ok.
