it's very nice to know that just about everything is tied to pirate.
Nckrazze, you should really post a repayment plan.
If you want to liquidate your hardware, I can take that for my principal payment.

Two questions:
  • What is your total debt to depositors as of now?
  • Would you be willing to make all your personal information (provably) public?
And also, what's the total equity that will be available to pay debts to depositors?

I will return coins proportionately as they become available, but expect payouts on the last Sunday of each month.

Awesome work for "Low Risk Deposits with Guaranteed Pay". You've done exactly what I wanted to avoid, and what you always denied: "no BST exposure".

I had no exposure when you asked me.

18k btc
Please confirm
on August 10 deposits total: 9780.4 BTC
Then you liquidated part of your mining equipment
And put coins into pirate
And now you have 18k BTC in debt?

I had coins anonymously invested with me, where the investors strictly told me not to place their names on the list. These 2 persons also requested that their address remain confidential, therefore, I used a different address to manage their coins. One was 4500, other 9000

You said you are liquidating on 09/10.
Today is 09/10, how much have you liquidated? And Where's our payments?
Remember, every BTC counts. If you truely want to pay people back, start by paying everyone 1BTC back.

I had no exposure when you asked me.

And I expected you to keep it that way....

Please continue working towards giving us clarity on the situation and confidence that a structured repayment plan is coming into place!
I presume you have now stopped paying out interest to all?

The questions asked previously are still valid and not yet answered in sufficient detail:
- What is your total debt to depositors as of now?
- What are you planning to repay to your investors (principal? interest? if so until when?)
- What is the plan for those repayments?

Personally I think you could list those on one spreadsheet with anonymous information (e.g. a few characters of repayment addresses). If some depositors prefer individual information, you can inform them individually.

I'm sure with this information a lot of people will feel more secure and reassured that a plan is in place.

And you didn't think it was important to notify your lenders when that changed?

All I can say is that this is Bitcoin. I don't believe it until I see six confirmations.

I will pay out the 200 coins that I received from the liquidation of the mining hardware at the next payout. I will do my best to make up the sum to pay everyone back.

Are you 15 like hashking ?

Is the payout going to be proportional?

If you have more mining hardware, I'll be interested in getting them in place of my deposit.
Good to hear you will do your best to pay everyone back.

All hardware has been sold for the first payout. And yes, proportionally.
