I can not get a refund from Getbitcoin.com  They took my order and my money but did not fill the order.  When I asked about it it took several days and then Tom said that they no longer take ACH orders from banks and that the money was refunded to Chase Quick pay.  I can not get it back from Chase or Get Bitcoin.  Anyone else having this issue?

They haven't dealt with ACH for a long time, as far as I know.  When did this occur?

Get-Bitcoin should be able to give you a reference (Bank ABA, Account number and Date submitted) for the ACH transaction where the funds were returned.  Chase should then be able to tell you where those funds are then.

I am also in the middle of a bad experience with getbitcoin.com.  I sent them two giftcards two weeks ago, and after a week I didn't hear anything back so I opened a support case.  They responded that this would have to get escalated to a supervisor, and then no updates to the support ticket now for a week.  I'll post more info when and if I hear back.

Getbitcoin finally contacted me and took care of me.  It took longer than what I would have wanted, but they came through.  This made me pretty happy after two weeks.  They get only upvotes from me.

Good to hear you were able to resolve.  Was hoping to find a good alternative to MtGox.  Anyone else had any issues with them?
