There are many people who have this issue, you will get a response eventually, 2 days ago I got a response for my ticket saying This seems to be a rare error upon withdrawal. I have passed your information over to our migration team for investigation. Thank you for your patience with this matter.

I have the same issue. I attempted to withdraw my bitcoin balance and the withdraw requested resulted the same with "error-failed"
Not impressed at all.
