Yes since the initial coin holder will be the IPO Investors, 100% of the coin will be distributed to the IPO investors, YES! 10M of the coin will be shared by the IPO investors according to their % on the investment which is calculated as  (your investment in BTC/ Total IPO Fund) * 10M ERM,  the team wont have any of the coin unless we invest on this project too.  Hope I answer your query.
