Yes since the initial coin holder will be the IPO Investors, 100% of the coin will be distributed to the IPO investors, YES! 10M of the coin will be shared by the IPO investors according to their % on the investment which is calculated as  (your investment in BTC/ Total IPO Fund) * 10M ERM,  the team wont have any of the coin unless we invest on this project too.  Hope I answer your query.

Sorry for the delayed response, originally we have two plans, mining and establishing ERMIS as business entity.

For Mining:

IPO investor benefit will be having on share 30% from the mining payout  and share from coin distribution bought by 50% of mining payout also known as buy support.


For Net Profit on businesses:

IPO Investors then will have share on 10% of the net profit and share from coin distribution bought by 10% of the business net profit.


While Coin Holder (none IPO participant) will just have share on the buy support.

it's ok we have calculated the possible mining payout from zenhashlet but of course we are thinking of better option (physical mining Rig or other mining) and we are thinking of how to make the initial IPO amount larger after the event ends ^^, and we already have solution in this but the negative side is it will take a bit time ^^,
