If you are a smart and obedient person then you will pay taxes regularly. We all know that taxes are the main source of income for a country, Taxes are used to build the infrastructure of a country and even all state activities are carried out using the Cost of the tax. We certainly want to live happily and one way is to pay taxes, I'm sure we only pay a little tax, but when everyone pays taxes then we will get good facilities. We can get a good way, get education and healthcare. It is a move to become a successful person, by paying taxes means we support economic growth in our country.

because there is no other chance. if government takes taxes from exchanges in my country i have only option to make it underground. like buy or sell face to face. in this case i have a huge risk. if taxes are reasonable i accept to pay a bit taxes.

Government leaders are sacrificing their lives in different way like what we always see such as the soldiers. Their personal lives are on the line in order to help our system to be in right way. To balance the money needed by different departments and such.

The taxes we pay are also the reason why we have nice roads, why we have nice facilities in our community and other government issued stuff. It is jusy right to pay the taxes because taxws doesn't only go to the leaders. It is also the money used for us to have better community.

The main thing why they agreed is because they will become deviant and their life may suffer the agony. We are in a one institution and the only thing that we can did is to follow but somehow  there are great people who made their voice out for the sake of the others in order to achieve fairness and peace. Many people agreed to pay taxes because they cannot disobey this because they will become criminals because the destiny of the people who will not oblige the law will suffer like prisoners. In order for us to not suffer this kind of stop we follow rules  and regulation so that no on will suffer.

I am willing to pay taxes on my regular job but not on the money I earned on bitcoin. I know it is our responsibility to pay taxes but there are times that it felt like the fee's already gotten what I am supposed to pay on tax. People pay taxes because they believe that the government is using those taxes in the development of their country. Social protection for citizens. Taxes are just a means of collecting revenue used for maintenance of a country. If there are no taxes the economic structure of a country could just crumble. Paying taxes is our responsibility as a citizen of a country. For the Government to execute their plans for the betterment of the nations, they need funds from the citizens itself. The money should go to building public infrastructure, hospitals, bridges, schools and many more. So that is for our own good and our duties as a citizen.

people need to live in peace and with laws, that is why governments are formed or else anarchy will reign in the lands. For governments to function they need money so taxes are needed. Before there were no income taxes and people are taxed indirectly on goods and other stuff. Then, people in the governments learned how to butt-fuck everybody by raising income taxes to finance wars. That is when everybody got beholden to the government.
With the government controlling the army, they can have the monopoly on bullying people to pay or else suffer the consequences.

Honestly having people band together to boycott the government is hard, especially risking their lives with reprisals from the army, please see what happened to Syria. Normal civilians being killed by their own government.

I think the main point is not paying taxes, but paying too much in taxes!
For example, Tax on your pay cheque, then tax when you buy something, then tax when you sell something!

Paying taxes is an obligation of individual especially if you are obliged to pay taxes that came from cryptocurrency you don't have any choice although it will hurt you paying tax, it is better than doing nothing good with your country.

I think people often underplay the importance of government/governance, without it infrastructure would crumble, services like police, Fire fighter, and ambulance would come to halt, people would lose jobs. It would be anarchy.
