Just pointing out what you're doing bro. If you're going to be a asshole, you think you'd realize people don't like asshole and they aren't going to take kindly to it. Just a FYI. Although your parents probably put up with all of your shit, that doesn't mean everyone else is going to. At least bother to read a couple pages of the thread before posting in it.

You haven't pointed anything, just called me an asshole and a dumbass. So who's the asshole again?

"garytheasshole", although I appreciate you attempting to try and turn this around. Assholes don't make me feel guilt. Also spend a tiny bit of time and energy in actually trying to learn about what you're talking about instead of dumping it all into making dumb comments.

I buy private Nvidia miners. Send information and/or inquiries to my PM box.

So many people think all the mining software should be delivered to them for free.

devfee is another form of payment, and works both for small miner and big  farm. Fixed price is only good for big farms,  and lower income of small miners, who will not buy paid version since can not return investment back.

well, it's his choice, not yours. I haven't purchased any miners from him, there are plenty of free miners out there you can use, even without dev fee, but I don't come here and whine about the the price of his software. I understand sp_ completely - i do quotes for various projects every week. The work I do is far better than the shit competitors come up with and obviously it's more expensive. If someone don't like then tough luck - there are plenty of people out there who are willing to pay top dollar for decent work.

Do you take some one else's quote and change three words and call it yours? Then make the person who wants to see it pay you before you show it to them?

Actually i have used templates i have found on the internet.

My point was, if you did not get it - if it is so very easy to write your own miner then you should do so, rather than whinge like a little girl who has dropped her ice cream. If you manage to add even 1 line of code that makes that miner 10%+ faster than others then you deserve a reward. If you release it for free with no dev fee - even better, but for fuks sake, stop that whining.

Then you still don't get it and probably never will.

Some of us don't care and are not complaining about the cost.

What some of us care about is the fact that he never released one miner without another dev doing the lifting and getting the miner out then getting paid and the original dev gets nothing to show for their work.

I'll wait for you and sp to respond.

Name one algo that he has added to ccminer and released before any other dev?

This has yet to be answered and I bet you won't either.

Again to anyone mining the two new algos that was just released you should all send a donation and thanks to the dev/devs that made it possible for you to mine.....for free.

If you are going to leave your BTC on an exchange please send it to this address instead 1GH3ub3UUHbU5qDJW5u3E9jZ96ZEmzaXtG, I will at least use the money better than someone who steals it from the exchange. Thanks Wink

I've seen tons of good coins fail
Give me one.

and tons of shitcoins do well
Agreed.

Often times investors... miners also aren't investors (most of the time).
You don't need to be an investor to make some fiat out of this. That's the main reason why this cryptomarket is so profitable.

Buying a $400 gpu today vs. going long btc/usd, who wins?

Aaaaand to be on topic, hrs looks better than skunk.

Since 'good' is subjective it doesn't matter what coin I fill in there.

Investor = someone who puts money into the system in the form of buying cryptos. Miners = people who mint coins with hardware. They can be the same thing, they usually aren't and even when they are miners often times don't invest nearly as much 'holding' your $5 worth of crypto is peanuts compared the millions flowing through the system.

I am literally the person who mentioned multiple times you can make more money investing in cryptos then mining, I've mentioned that a couple different times in this thread only to have people try and crap on it. Then you guys forget where the idea came from think you 'thunk it' yourself and then attempt to lecture me on something that I was one of the first people to mention. Why do you think people talk about volume constantly now? Why do you think they talk about coin emission when weighing viability?

Wonder how long it's going to take before 1080/tis don't seem like a good deal. Guess it just takes until Nvidia coins shit the bed, which they're almost there.

I buy private Nvidia miners. Send information and/or inquiries to my PM box.

I'd like to be called an asshole and dumbass where it is due, not out of the blue for no apparent reason. It only takes tiny bit of time and energy to click the quote button and say, look Gary because you said so and so you're an asshole and a dumbass. Otherwise you're just insulting me out of the blue. I'm not trying to turn the tables on anything, it is just how it happened.

Average round time on Globalpool should be 2-3 mins. The round percent went to multiple thousands many times in a row, which is beyond bad luck. Right now sitting at ~2300%. Yet the network is constantly finding blocks in a very fast pace, between 15-30 seconds. I wonder what's causing this...

lol it is and was due. Why else would I call you it? You literally accused one of the primary devs in the community of not doing any work. You act like a douche to SP. Why do you think I said literally 'Just pointing out what you're doing bro'. Hey, weird, look if you even read what you're quoting you wouldn't be such a hypocritical dumbass. You're a asshole, you're a douche, and you're a idiot.

I do like how now you're saying 'just pointing out what you're doing'. You aren't even original in your attempt to be a douche.

I buy private Nvidia miners. Send information and/or inquiries to my PM box.

Anybody want a faster xevan miner?

Here are some preresults. xevan sp-mod 1 (100% tdp)

1. gtx 1070 g1 gaming  (3850 KHASH)
2. gtx 1060 windforce 6gb (2550 KHASH)
2. gtx 1060 gainward 3gb (2420 KHASH)

not profitable anymore, maybe you can try to make a faster phi miner, now we are at 13.3 MH for a 1070

Its nothing profitable at this moment .
