No, KeccakC and Keccak are different.

Live stats from zpool.ca KeccakC is paying 3.15x the price of keccak. If you use a profit switcher and include the 20% faster keccakC sp-mod, you will see that the profit switcher will switch moe often to keccakC because it's more profitable than neoscrypt,lyra2v2, x16r, x16s etc..

Also most miners are retarded and think mining will always be profitable. No one is going to panic if they can't see the end approaching, they just fall off it and don't realize they have until it's already too late.
