You can reach up to 4 MH with a HD 7970, that means about 0.011 CANN a day.
But will spend more money in Power.

Thanks for the feedback :-)

hello, how do I contact technical support? Today I could not open my wallet - an error "Cannot read the block"

the wallet was at the stage of synchronization - it remained about 60 weeks, but coins were already sent to its address, so I want to fix it.

i used to mine this coin back in 2014. I lost interested when the Dev did. if HE come back into the light there might be hope for it after all. i'm an avid MMJ user and would like to be able to spend my CANN in the dispensaries of the west coast one day.

not true. CANN has a well known history, which you too should become familiar with, if you are considering investing

a TL:DR for those that can't be bothered to google for legitimate sources: CANN is a pump and dump coin. It started this way, it has frequent pumps at around the same time every year, followed by heavy dumps back to where the pump started (and usually below). Beware - you will lose money.

CANN is a coin with a low Diff, so it is not important to mine in a big pool. When the diff is high you should mine over a big, because it is an easier way to find a block.

Backup the wallet.dat. Delete the blockhain and try to resync.
Add some nodes in the conf-File

addnode=seed.cannabiscoin.net
addnode=seed2.cannabiscoin.net
addnode=seed3.cannabiscoin.net

In the C:\Program Files (x86)\CannabisCoin I see only three files:

CannabisCoin-qt.exe
COPYING.txt
uninstall.exe

to start the wallet I launch CannabisCoin-qt.exe.

There is wallet.dat and config file?

Yes, you are right - here is the contents of the folder C: \ Users \ username \ AppData \ Roaming \ CannabisCoin

.lock
blocks
chainstate
db.log
debug.log
peers.dat
wallet.dat

Did I understand correctly that I need to remove the folder folders and chainstate?

about conf file- I did not really understand what you mean, "conf-file is in your Windows profile" - how do I get to it? or are we talking about environment variables?

That is correct. When you don't have a .conf-file you must create it.

Here is an example for a mining-Wallet:

server=1
listen=1
daemon=1
rpcuser=yourname
rpcpassword=yourpasswort
rpcport=39347
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
maxconnections=8
addnode=seed.cannabiscoin.net
addnode=seed2.cannabiscoin.net
addnode=seed3.cannabiscoin.net

Does anyone know how to setup a solo mine at a facility for CANN using x11 miners? A friend needs help making his own pool instead of giving all of his mining power to another pool.

Hello Gents,

Maybe I can be of assistance. I live in California and am a cannabis organizer and enthusiast.

I currently hold a cannabis organizer license issued by the states newly created Bureau of Cannabis Control. This gives me the ability to hold public cannabis events where a public smoking section is allowed as well as a section for recreational cannabis sales to the public. For sales, I'm only allowed to work with state approved cannabis vendors, no black market.

I mention this as this creates an opportunity to add cannabis sales and public smoking to any event! (For a fee of course, have to pay the state their piece, insurance, my fees, etc)

I had already considered the possibility of a crypto-cannabis event in the bay area, possibly even San Jose or Sacramento.

For instance and this is one possibility, cannabiscoin could promote/host an event, the smoking/dabbing/vaping and selling area would be viewed as an add on taken care of by my company. Anyone from anywhere could come and "partake". The event organizers wouldn't even have to live in cali as I would handle the cannabis related stuff.

Is a crypto-cannabis event with public recreational sales and consumption something that you guys think would be a good idea?

An additional point.

Current cannabis retailers in California have their cash register uplinked to the Bureau of Cannabis Control. Every hour it reports in. One hurdle crypto in general needs to overcome is getting the taxman to accept crypto as tax payment. Cannabis retailers would probably be more keen towards adopting crypto coins as payment systems if they could in turn pay their taxes in said crypto.
