First let's note that Josh has not set foot in the US since he went to China he went to Bulgaria which is something he said he would do even as early as July of this year. Many had already stated this was the plan all along. This is likely the case.

Considering his ties here it seems very odd. But again once the case results are in, I suppose we can reserve judgement for the supposed dates he is starting his payment plan. But I think it should be noteworthy that even with a Judgement he could still hide. Let us hope this is not the case considering all the other things that have happened.

Specifically want to address the bitmaintech comment with contrasts between why I advocate bitmain over AMT.....

-First, they are honest (to date no lies from them regarding their delivery dates or actions) vs the hundreds of lies told by Joshua Zipkin and his alleged representatives using the AMT_Miners account

-Second bitmaintech delivers when they say they will (consistent) vs the MANY repeated lies about deliveries by AMT's Joshua Zipkin and his representatives using the AMT_Miners account

-Bitmaintech makes up for any mistakes they make in various ways like coupons or discounts and customer service vs AMT blaming customers for AMT hardware failures and its numerous fails to it's customers, additionally outing their customers PRIVATE information when called out on their faults and lies.  

-While Josh fantasizes about dick riding, no I do not do that, not my thing.....BUT I ain't judging. His retarded attempt to set me up in a post war, then delete the posts in an attempt to make it look like I am just smearing him with no proof....jokes on him. Wayback machine has been used in court cases successfully against these types of things. So proof is there. But I digress.

-Bitmaintech responds to customer emails. I have had a couple of issues, they are great at responding and giving simple solutions to issues and the potential options if the issue is due to hardware...meaning replacement if there is an issue. They focus on the customer being happy and they get mine and many other's REPEAT business as a result. vs AMT which ignores customer requests, answers little or no questions, and blames the customer for faults with their hardware. This comes from numerous reports.

-Oh and I will address the fake cloud hashing sites in brief mostly because this allegation is beyond retaded and without any kind of proof.....I don't have anything of the sort. Its easy to prove as A: Josh will need to post links to said sites, so how can he discredit my so called fake sites if he posts no links? B: Alternately burden of proof is on him to show the sites exist AND are indeed mine.

Posted here for informational purposes. People can start investigating once more trial seems to be happening and AMT either has to settle or go to trial which would be REALLY bad for them. Also curious what happened with their so-called IMET suit. "Joshua Zipkin" talked about suing the shit out of everyone. Clearly he has the money to do that.

This is excellent news. I imagine after all this is done, law enforcement will have their piece in all this as well. There is a fair bit of action that mirrors much of BFL's actions as well here. Might also explain his rather silent nature...OR he really did get arrested as suspected over those Silk Road purchases tracked. The skype chats also show his intent as well.

AMT_miners has constantly and knowingly lied about dates that miners would be shipped with the intent to deceive the purchaser. This includes the dates prominently advertised on the homepage of the AMT website www.advanceminers.com

AMT has refused to supply tracking numbers to clients.

I was once sent a "kit" at one point that had hashing boards that failed to initialize, and chips that burned out due to poor thermal design.

They have repeatedly refused to give refunds that they are legally obligated to process under the FTC regulation.

I as well as others have made formal complaints to the FTC and other consumer protection agencies.

AMT has ignored the laws of the country in which it was founded in and maintains its headquarters in.

Upon receiving my miner on 8/19/2014 I discovered my unit shipped without the Power Supply Unit that was included in the product description and purchase price.

When I unboxed my miner I was greeted with rusty scrap metal with sharp edges that could have injured me had I opened the box another way.

My hardware has depreciated by an amount greater than $4100 dollars between time of order until the time of my receipt, not including missing parts, which effectively bring its value down to zero dollars as the missing power supply is required to use the unit.

AMT advertises a Miner Protection Program on their website located at https://advancedminers.com/miner-protection-plan/ . This program guarantees in no uncertain terms that, “If the networks increases to a point where your investment in our technology is no longer profitable, AMT will upgrade your Miner to the next level Miner absolutely free.”; “When the buyer’s miner is ready to be shipped, we will give that buyer the option of shipping the original miner which they purchased, or to upgrade to the next AMT miner which will allow them to meet ROI and more.”; “We will contact each buyer either by telephone or email with this option at the time of shipment.”; and “If the network increases so much that the next level miner also can’t meet ROI, the product upgrade will continue to the next AMT product which is profitable. Therefore, no matter what happens, our clientele will be left a ROI either way.”

To this date AMT denies to detail plans for compensation under the Miner Protection Plan. AMT often outright deletes posts when asked directly about the plan, or instructs the poster to contact their sales e-mail, sales@AdvancedMiners.com. When the poster contacts the provided e-mail for further communication AMT does not return a response.

They claimed the delivery process took 3 to 4 days but would not issue tracking numbers to its ustomers. 20 days later, still no mining equipment.
This is absolutely, hands down, the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The people who run the company are pathological liars and the proof is in their thread.
If you value your money and time I seriously recommend looking for another company to do business with.

Why are we so being open, because even though we're trying to do the right thing the to the customers that want us to make them whole, are the same ones stopping up from bringing in new revenue in order to do that.
