We like it! Nice to see another coin with our lineage marks in its code. Your GUI mining bits are out-dated for QRK based coins, we would suggest you check out this commit:

However I am told your windows build doesn't start because "libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll is missing from your computer". 

I didn't include the .dll files, they can be taken from any alt-coin release though

I compiled wallet and
last 3 hours i got 3 blocks with my laptop... so there are still no GPU farms or botnets

Yes.

Not that I know of.  This is the first coin I know of chopped with pure skein so it will need to be built.  CPU optimized and GPU codes for standalone miners of Quark and X11 etc. do contain skein hash function so the code is out there, but based on the difficulty I would say nobody has bothered yet.
