If this is how you "show the trolls" (ie. tell off frustrated customers with legitimate complaints) then I would hate to see how you actually prove people wrong.

Although I know you're just trolling, in case anyone had misunderstood I want to reiterate that at this point we are waiting for the postal service to do their job. If any serious customers have a compliant with lost or delayed mail, it's with the utmost sincereity that I encourage them to contact their postal service and complain.

So I'm part way through this thing, and I gotta say I'm impressed with how professional everything looks, can't really tell it's a first issue. A few things I've noticed:

1. There's no UPC or price tag, way to stick it to the man
2. The quality of the ads do not do the rest of the magazine justice =P
3. Page 3, bottom right corner is suggesting I recycle the magazine by jamming it up my rear?
4. Wanted to see if a few waiting rooms (dentist, doctor, a few offices) would mind a copy, they were put off by the scary cover

I have not requested refunds or re-shipping, and to be honest I don't blame Bitcoin Magazine for the shipping problems. But thanks for looking out for me, troll.
