I downloaded the game but there is no withdrawal or anything to it. how do I get the btc ?
Did you install the app on a phone, and if so, what type of phone? |

There is only Novice Tournament now?
For now, only Novice tournaments. We are working on business issues with Google to re-enable the other tournaments. |

i'm not able to withdraw too... but the problem it is the app or maybe there is a withdraw limit thanks!!! There are no withdraw limits other than the minimum. Contact customer support at support@bitplay.today and they will address the problem. |

Yes, for now there are no "buyin" tournaments of any kind. This is due to business issues with Google that we are trying to resolve. |

Well, we have to put some limits in place to prevent a lot of fraudulent action. Also, we only have so much BTC to give away each day, so we want to spread that around to lots of people. We will probably allow more games per day and have bigger payouts as we grow. When you max out the free tournaments, you can always continue to play the practice games or head-2-head games. |
