I think they only allow sms method. Though it still useless because even after you input your number, they'll always say some error with our network. anyway, just try to log out and re-log in, the option to verify should popped up right after you logged in.

Google play says "We're sorry, the requested URL was not found on this server." so should I download it from BitPlay or that's just a waste of  time ? I mean if I'm going to receive payment then It should worth it otherwise ... don't see the point

Just google "BitPlay Coin hopper" they'll bring you to their official website where you could scan the barcode with your phone (you may need a barcode scanning app) and all is set
