Yes, i think so..even you can challenge yourself if you have two or more devices (to be honest I have tried it before, but it was so boring  ). I don't know it is against their rules or not because I cant find any rules about 1 person with more than 1 device.

It is not against the rules it just isnt much fun playing against yourself when you can be playing against friends and online players
