if you're not explicitly looking for live exchange, spendbitcoins.com - the owner is trustworthy, exchange is free of charge, sends to paypal too.
He sells to australians afair, and buys from anyone.

I'm also willing to buy and sell for bank transfer/deposit OTC. I sell at 4 % above the mt gox 24 h ave for the day the funds hit my account, or I can fix a rate at time of agreement for a 5 % commission.

I apply a quick sniff test before giving out my bank account details, so anyone trying to deposit stolen funds and get bitcoins, don't bother.
