Ok, I have an issue here: I transferred XST to my wallet 3 days ago, so today they were matured enough to start minting. It worked fine until the first block was found and I received the block reward. After that, minting stopped again and the client told me again, that I don't have mature coins?!? The coins in the wallet were not moved. What is the reason for that? Edit: version is 2.0.2 under Win10

OK,something happened coz my wallet is not staking anymore...i tried 2x restart. Its still same.Maybe some updates are coming! I have the same problem mate , let's wait for a response ... . Thank you for reporting this issue as soon as you noticed it. I have been looking at it for an hour now. I believe I have identified the problem. It will likely require a hard fork to address. The issue seems to arise from a strange combination of events happening simultaneously and exposed a problem with the PoS protocol. This issue is a slight security risk because many users seem to be excluded from staking, which impacts the security of the network. The team is putting together a plan to mitigate any potential security concerns. As soon as I am confident I have diagnosed this issue, I will release a fix ASAP. Is it the same issue? Is there an update available in the meantime?

Yes it should. The point is that staking in the current 2.0.2 wallet does not seem to work. Normally the blockchain should come to a grinding halt, but there is a new block every minute. The question is: which software are those people using who manage to stake new blocks.

Everything is OK. You`re using the latest version of the Stealth Wallet and staking is also going fine with you. This is how staking works: After you transfer coins to your wallet, they begin minting after 3 days. After u receive the first block reward, the minting process "stops" for 3 more days. After 3 days your coins are split in 2, each part mints separately and minting "stops" again. Again after 3 days your coins are split in 4, each part mints separately and the minting process "stops". After about 15-20 days your wallet begins to mint everyday.

Aaaahhh ... thanks for the info! Could you put this scheme on the front page? It could help to reduce the stress level of other new users You are welcome! I`m sure your english is better than mine So if you could formulate this scheme in a more clear way, I would post it in XST FAQ section: https://stealthcointalk.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=46&sid=e379c95adc2384d7b7cef14b9d220a0a

Not sure about the language part, I am German. The existing FAQ describes staking as an ongoing and continuous process, and gives no hint, that the staking indicator turns grey again, after the first block has been found. I will watch the staking process in the next few days and if it works as described, I will write down a description zat you can putt in ze FAQ.

My wallet version is 2.0.2.0. And it works perfectly. Quick start (in comparison with the vast majority of cryptocurrencies), fast synchronization and fast staking. Running my wallet every 8-9 days.

Yes, it stakes. The behaviour was just a bit odd and did not fit to the description on the FAQ page. When you watch it, it makes perfectly sense though. BTW bitcorn is dumping, could someone please buy all the XST up to 10000 please? Thx!
