ICO terms from BetaShareX.com Exchange:

BetaShareX provides an escrow service between coin developers and traders who want a safe way to transact presale coins.  

Before starting the ICO, the developer(s) must:

- Submit a copy of a Face Showing Personal ID for verification and a photo with your face near your ID or alternatively a 5/7 CoinSource Verification.
- Provide BetaShareX with wallet code for code review before adding the coin onto our website
- Mine a genesis/firsts blocks with the premine;  Exact amount of ICO coins and mineable/distributed coin must be disclosed clearly in the ANN of the coin.
- Transfer the premine to BetaShareX
- Disclose the terms of the ICO:

     -The length of time for the ICO
     -The price / market cap for the premine
     -The conditions for a successful ICO;

After the ICO period ends:

-BetaShareX will verify that the terms of the ICO are met; if it is met, it will start the escrow payment process.
-If the terms are not met, BetaShareX will refund all purchasers of the coin with a buy wall at same ICO price.
-In the case where partial payments are made to the development team and the escrow terms are violated after the ICO period, BetaShareX will use the remaining ICO funds to refund holders of the coin by doing a one time swap of coin for BTC at a price of (ICO funds remaining/Current Market Cap)
-While BetaShareX does verify that the wallets, block explorer, and blockchain work immediately after the ICO period, we do not verify or endorse any claims the developer makes around their business model for the coin of that they will continue to maintain the code base.  Traders must decide for themselves what level of risk they are willing to take.
