Scam. Scam is obvious.
Only the interface of the site is good. ie. whoever designed that got some skills. But is operated by a scammy admin.

A similar site: http://satoshi36.com/index probably operated by same person.

Here what I read in the thread:
1. moreia was a bad guy trying to infect some casinos but failed.
2. moreia won on FairProof fairly with his deposit.
3. FairProof decided to not pay moreia because he was a bad guy.

Am I getting the facts right here?

lol, guy sends malware to a gambling site, so owner scams him his coins. I guess two wrongs makes a right after all  Cheesy

But this makes me wonder where the fine line is, and what amount of btc you can justify keeping. If it was a whale betting 500btc, would you have kept that too?

If you are talking about fairproof, absolutely. He treats all coins in his site as his own.

fairproof says it didn't infect his site. and the 4.3 BTC was won fairly. So why confiscate the entire amount?

The 4.3 was lost from gambling after fairproof denied to payout the OP's balance. They had a promotion where they would refund a portion of any losses.

I think it is suspicious that the entire amount was lost like this after winning such a large amount.

Moreia,

Your bitcoins are not stolen, you’ve lost them during the investigation.

Your behaviour caused such a long investigation.

Firstly you’ve sent an infected betting bot for fairproof.

After a couple of weeks you’ve made the first deposit and immideatly got a huge winnings.

We could block your account according to our terms of services but we haven’t - we started the investigation.

While contacting our support you asked how to redeem a Bad Luck bonus which is 1.5 BTC (7.5BTC * 20%). Not a word about 4.3 BTC.

But on bitcointalk you are talking about stolen 7.5 BTC. How come?

Moreia, you act very strange. Nevertheless we provide you with a bad luck bonus which is 1.5 BTC.

Our policy is not to wash dirty linen in public. But currently we have to. Screenshots Moreia’s messages can be provided by request.

We close this case and nobody could not claim FairProof as a Scam.

Wow, you guys suck. When I saw moreia's scam accusation, I rushed to your defence posting evidence that Moreia also made a reasonably sophisticated attempt at getting me to run an infected bot.  Somehow since then, you've made me trust you less than I already trust Moreia.

By your own admission you were unaffected by this malware -- so not only should we give him the benefit of the doubt that it was someone else on his bitcointalk account, but also realize its rather immaterial. Suspending withdrawals for over three weeks over winning is not cool.

You seem to have forgotten the most fundamental rule of running a gaming establishment: The balance in peoples accounts isn't your money, its theirs. If you're going to investigate someone's account, you really ought to make haste. If you took his money for 3 weeks for investigation and found nothing at the end of it -- don't you think he deserves an apology and likely some compensation? I think 4.3 BTC is reasonable, considering it's obvious you drove him into a state of desperation and helplessness (read his last 20 posts here).

I have no idea if moreia is a scammer and hacker or not.
But even if he is, FairProof need to pay him if he wins the bitcoin fair and square.

$username, thanks. You proved that moreia is not innocent.

lol whos lets someone play while they investigate? what fucking bs, all u have is scam accusations in your profile not one good thing said. NO one should play here.

I would of appreciated that as well. How can one investigate an account for cheating, yet still allows them to play?
If you have suspicions of me cheating you should have LOCKED my account until the investigation was over...

My conclusion is that FAIRPROOF locked my WITHDRAWALS ONLY, giving them more time and wait for me to lose, then when lost unlock withdrawals and say bad luck.

Still waiting on fairproof, and someone in default trust to neg him

Still no payment, fairproof is a scam!!

To obtain a Bad Luck bonus your balance should be 0 but currently it's not.
You can get it on https://fairproof.com/bonuses
my balance is on 0 and its saying "You are not a high roller!"
stop lying
You still owe me 4.3BTC, and still, I can't claim 1.5BTC of it. Scammer.

From reading through this thread, my unfortunate conclusion is that fairproof is not going to give you anything.

It appears to be because you attempted to send them malware (although this may not be the case).
