All the coins on this exchange are a lot of POS and pre-mined because the offer for miners is only 20,000,000 read the post it had an pre-mine of 15,000,000,000 and a bounty of 5,000,000,000 so I guess that leaves almost 10,000,000,000 as POS coins I guess that's why the POS difficulty is higher then the mining difficulty because a lot of people are holding these coins for POS .   I guess this guys is making some loans other wise there wouldn't be so many coins out there people are also trading these on different pairing not just BTC.  So He has to be making loans so eventually the people taking the loans have to buy back the float but then the POS will get the coin I think if he was going to make a coin like this then he should of skipped the POS coins but then I guess he is trying to help the people taking the loans out so they can not only payoff there loans but actually save money so they don't have to take loans again I guess that's his plan.

If you pm me your wallet address than 100.000 LFTC's bounty is for you

This is because you figured out for 75 % of the total OP and info brochure, website etc.

Dev needs to come in with a 2 or 3 BTC buy-in to get rid of some of the problem. otherwise the exchange will probably steal all those coins and shut the coin down

Your probably right I'm use to playing the stock market where they actually have to show you a 10k quarterly report and show what the business is doing and how it is preforming crypto is still the wild west and guy probably isn't even doing business and has all the pre-mine to himself bad thing is he messed it up by making to many coins even 200 million coins is to much now I could see 60 to 80 million coins with pre-mine of  20 million but he made this coin way to liquid as it is with the bounties and POS stake let alone the pre-mine  I'm just hoping he does the right thing and puts up 4 or 5 of the 45-50 BTC he made when it surged to 26 Sat on open and 9 BTC when we all put in to correct his mistake and couldn't. Yet then again he is probably shady or he would of came public as a stock or warrant on the exchanges over in Europe were he is from.

loan shit is just a good excuse to hide premine

I hadn't considered that, how do we know that any loans at all are being made? The dev could just sit there and dump portions of premine every single time the price picks up above 1 satoshi. Even at that level the premine will take 150 BTC to buy up, meaning the coin is going to stay at 1 sat with very few buy orders for a very long time no matter what. Even if the loans are being made the repayments will be made to the dev who will then use the payments to make even more loans out

I see everyone complaining for this coin to be a flop...but everyone made sales orders from 1 satoshi...where's the point?
Sales orders should start at 10 satoshis and buy orders on 1 to 6 to set the coin on 10 satoshi...
there are 120million coins on sale for 1 satoshi so the low price of the coin is our fault not the dev fault.
It is so simple to use the brain...like it is now you only risk that cex shut down the coin and rape you off all your coin...
cancel the low sales orders and sell for 10 satoshi onwards if you want to do something with this coin.

This is your question.

Why company's buy back the shares from the shareholders?

LFTC Coin is a Loan coin, meaning for outstanding loans
premined 15. billion

5 Billion it is in your hands. Yes I'm also minging this coin and buy it.
Remember this is 25% of the total available assets.  (20 billion)

If you have sample 10.000 BTC in you hand (about 3 million USD).
Do you think that any financial institute give you the loan? The Answer is NO. Why?
To much risk ? or Not?

The Europese Centrale Bank (ECB) telling about the BTC this

“a virtual currency scheme based on a peer-to-peer network. It does not have a central authority in charge of money supply, nor a central clearing house, nor are financial institutions involved in the transactions, since users perform all these tasks themselves. Bitcoins can be spent on both virtual and real goods and services. Its exchange rate with respect to other currencies is determined by supply and demand and several exchange platforms exist.”

Okay Old news ?

Never in the coming years a financial institute gone gives loans even the loan can cover with BTC.

Do you remember the bad credits? The  financial institute  sold this part to other banks.
It is a standard rule if you have many debtors you can sell this part to other financial institute.

If this gone happened what do you think? You want sell your coin for 1 sat?

My own dead line is Friday to send the balance sheet to the interested investor.
If the coin is staying on 1 sat. I need to wait to sending other offers. Because it is to difficult to proof that the investor in this time buy the coin cheap (20 stat).
Only what I want is that the coin go up above the 100 sat and stay stable.
This moment I expect this over 6 months. (for me to long time)

The total concept is already working. Its your choice to give the push.

And other thing about the exchange
We live in this world with Delaware/Falk island/private ltd/Dubai construction/Malta constructions etc.
If you don't trust any of this. Keep you coins in your wallet.
