might want to share that as new user you can not chat & withdraw, they lock your BTC for 3 days at minimum.

Good way to avoid that some people clean their money with bitcoin, i think that this btc-e rule is good.

They also disable withdrawal for 48h after changing pwd. So actually most of this rules increase the security of Users.

it will be much better if they add that every withdrawal need to submit a valid ID.

Yes... BTC-e has very good security measures IMO. Of all the exchanges, BTC-e probably has the longest track record of keeping the site safe. I can't think of anywhere else that has been around longer.
