A solid 8 hours....I love my sleep & can't get enough of it on the weekends someone always wakes me by mowing their lawn or something.

i get 5 hrs since i live on top of a garage.. cant sleep with the noise going off every morning..

4-5 hrs but very often less. Insomnia is the devil.

Mostly around 6 hours, even in the weekend. Can't sleep much longer than that.

The human mind needs only 4 hours a sleep per night to maintain itself. Anything else is gravy.
That being said, I work for myself and have odd sleep schedules, but I get around 8-10 hours a night.

That being said, I work for myself and have odd sleep schedules, but I get around 8-10 hours a night.
It's strange you should said that because I've been researching this topic recently & have you got any sources I could have a look at? I've read inbetween 5-6 at the moment but it states everyone requires different. |

I've read inbetween 5-6 at the moment but it states everyone requires different. Sorry I don't have any sources. This is what I read in the early 80's when I was young and trying to expand my mind. Could be wrong. |
