dont pay attention to it and just wake naturally when your body feels rested it will wake, if it needs more it will crash out...

If i wake up naturally its like 12 hours, so i just force 6 hours ... $sudo 6 hours

it depends normally i sleep for 6-7 hours but during high work load i sleep for max 1-2 hours

for children sleeping hours need to be 12 for teenagers it needs to be upto 8 hours for youngsters 4 hours are quite enough for old ones it should be up to 7 to 10 hours

I follow the 7.5 hours a day over a 3 day running average. Sleep to me is one of the important things in my life. Poor sleep f☆/&# me up.
