On Call: I don't even bother trying to sleep
Off Call: 5-6 hours with 1-2 baby interruptions.

dont pay attention to it and just wake naturally when your body feels rested it will wake, if it needs more it will crash out...

it depends
normally i sleep for 6-7 hours
but during high work load i sleep for max 1-2 hours

for children sleeping hours need to be 12
for teenagers it needs to be upto 8 hours
for youngsters 4 hours are  quite enough
for old ones it should be up to 7 to 10 hours

6-8 hours on average. But sometimes less than that. Especially the nights before exam.

I follow the 7.5 hours a day over a 3 day running average. Sleep to me is one of the important things in my life. Poor sleep f☆/&# me up.
