Well then you shouldn't generate a new address for new transaction. Just use the existing address for receiving Bitcoin.

It is very possible on Blockchain wallet, or any other desktop wallet.
Bitcoin address can be used unlimited times, for example, my address 13bwE1rrLnDec67BsSRCg2dubL7qsY5yP2 is generated on 2013, and I still using it for any transaction, both receiving and sending.

You can reuse addresses, just make sure you have the private key backed up and make sure you understand how change addresses work.

It is considered a bad idea to reuse addresses for a variety of reasons though.

Are you using rpc calls over there? Blockchain wallet doesn't change your address unless you are doing something else.
You can use the same address everything for send & receive. Hit the receive tab and the address stays there.
