No, it's unrelated.
You must be able to get your 10GHs independently when you login for the first time when you have finished the tour.

About the 500 HashPoints with the referral system:
You can get them ONLY if an user you referred buy in the Hash Market

You can withdraw your earning but since you have to cover the transaction fee (0.0001 BTC) and the maintenance fee the process isn't so fast, so you have to wait a little until you can actually do it.
