Quite an impressive coin you have.  Curious what it sells for, as I believe its the best known example out there.

Anyone know what the last MS66 went for?

Yes, lots of effort spent on it. Really precious coin, one of a kind.

I've also heard rumors from 0.5 S2 Silvers owners those ungraded will be sold at minimum of 20BTC

I don't understand how shipping costs .15 btc. It's a small coin.

Probably insurance?

I just want It to reach you safely and fastly.

This is price of overnight/two day shipping (UPS/DHL) from Europe to US. You choose shipping type, I do not calculate extra.

That's my suggestion due to experience of thousands international sales on eBay.

Hope I have helped?

If this is your concern you are probably not a potential buyer of a $10,000 coin.

I'll actually be raising the price for my series-2 silver halfs from 20 BTC to 25 BTC in the new year.

Agreed, although to be fair I'd expect free shipping if I were to spend 25 BTC on a coin. But hey, not my thread Smiley

No longer buying/selling Casascius coins. Beware scammers.

Took your advice, delivery is now FREE.

I justify the raise, these coins are really rare. If I remember right, only the Gold Bars >100BTC are more scarce?

If we are including bars, then most rare of all Casascius is the 500BTC bar.

I would love to have that .5 S2, but I just don't have enough coins to buy it.  Smiley

Glad you mentioned. I remember myself buying this topic specie , I also haven't enough BTC at that time, traded it to S1 1BTC (really good grade, almost best of my collection) together with digital BTC. Risked and Spent time and effort to grade it, none of this would happen without persistence..

So there always is a way as long as you can stay focused and reach it, be persistent.

I think that now is the time to make Rare coin purchases, because later on when BTC will hit next run-up it could be just too late.

I have actually long thought about putting a section to the site for coin sales. People could make sell listings there in a centralized place, much more organized then on this forum. then I could direct the buyers to the sellers, and take a small cut. Do you think this would be successful?
