I got 5 GPU ( 7970 & 7950 )
When I start mining, GPU usage (99%) normal at the 1st min,after that drop to 64% and rise up to 99% immediately, keep floating between the gap. After few hour it drop to 0%.
I can I do ?

You could be doing lot's of things and it could be a simple as a cooling issue.  There are more facts needed. A power capacitor could also be the issue depending on the system setup.  MY suggestion as to watch your resources and monitor the times it rises compared to times it lowers and see if it's an internal software issue first before expanding and upgrading.

You may have already done all of this or looked in to it but my third yet very off the wall suggestion would be to try a different plug in the house off a grid line where power is already consumed.  You could be getting spikes.

So I think it should be software issue. I had try mining on single, multi, stock clock, OC, it still happen.
