Scrypt.CC scam or was it really hacked? Yeah it was a ripoff deposits never appearing in my account, hashrate rising sky high when I first invested the plummenting and barely earning anything.. So I cut my losses and ran several months ago. So my account should have a 0 balance...

So tonight I get an email from them wanting me to confirm a withdraw for .5 BTC to a wallet address that I have no clue who it belongs to.

Hi,

This email is to confirm your withdrawal request at Scrypt.CC

Withdrawal Ammount: 0.567558

For sure your accout there must be hacked. The hackers has changed your wallet address. You reply to support and tell about this thing.

Hope that cloudminr.io (if will be live) don't send our earned btc from our accounts without giving us the possibility to check is there is something similar here at our cloudminr accounts too.

That's just really a very strange email. Considering I sold every thing for maybe 5% of what I paid and left them lol. I should not have .5 for anyone to try to withdraw.

I had scam emails from hackers about my PayPal and Egopay accounts. Were without any distinction from the real ones. I doubted that they were not from Paypal and Egopay only from their requests. It was written at the end of each to not reply because the email addresses were the real addresses of the companies and they did not want that the company were warned about their email. I send those emails to the companies and they confirmed my doubts. Were hackers emails that wanted my login data.

Why did you chose those terrible ponzi scams that are evident from the very start.. Huh Put your money in Hashnest or other cloudmining service backed by a manufacturer and you'll be fine Wink

I got the exact same email.  I checked the headers and it was to a address that is not associated with my scrypt.cc account so I assumed was spam.

Bad is, that i invested a few days ago after the 100ghs testperiod. very bad but i learned about that.
in a few weeks there will be another cloudminer from the cloudminr.io admins and they will scam again.

that none of the admins reply on the comments here shows how legit the so called "hack" is.

first scrypt.cc, then cloudminr.io
so whis next?
well no one to blame here but myself after ignoring the advise of some trolls that we call them but eventually they are right, this will turn to scam. look the thread starter even have the time to change the title of the thread instead of giving assurance to the investors that theyll be back.
