Pretty risky posting stuff like that. They could really piss off the wrong people by selling all of that stolen info , but people have no conscious these days. This is just another reason why crypto will never get off the ground.

List is also going for $150 https://payivy.com/v/7a4d7

Any how the mail I registered with was only used for this site, I never used it anywhere else it was only a temp mail.
Count your blessings I say, but if you you start to get some unusual mails ( new mining sites) or anything that seems suspicious, then it would be highly probable your mail was sold.
Happened to me with the Minethatcloud scam, I just dropped that temp mail addy also.

Even the mail  I registered here with is masking my real one.
Good for Firefox  Mask your email, phone, and credit card as you browse and shop on the web

And its gone.

If cloudminr returns, I hope I could get my investment back. I've had 513GH/s hashrate and was planning to upgrade before all of this happened.

honestly it seems quite confusing...

#1 could be actual proof that they were hacked...
#2 1btc? really? rather weird to ask for such a small amount, on top of what they made...

or, they did it exactly like that to make us think they were hacked, when in fact they weren't

i know that cloudminr coming back is rather improbable...
however a lesson must be learned, out of this...

They said they would be taking down their webservers and re-building them from scratch, so technically their site shouldn't have even been up.  If someone got access to their hosting to redirect the site, then the smart thing would have been to report and have that shut off as well and/or change the information and login info there.

That means if they were hacked - the hackers shouldnt even have had the opportunity to post all the account details on the website.  Then again, that is assuming they did the responsible thing and took down their webservers and reset all their info like they said they were.

To many contradictions to make me trust what they say.  Let's see if they prove us wrong.

Karma!!

There was no hack or as you said the site would have been shut down immediately and all security holes fixed etc. This was the owners running away with the money and they will be killed most likely.

HashOcean doesn't seem that legit, no pictures of their hardware and datacenter, just claims. Genesis Mining seems legit according to this mostly reliable thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=878387

I would consult the thread before investing, so far the OP of the thread has a 95% hit rate.

Genesis Mining is legitimate but there is no market to enable you to sell your mining shares. Hashnest is where the action is. No one doubts they are legitimate and they offer a range of contracts. You can buy hashing power on their market and most important sell it if you decide to. Right now the most profitable contract to buy is UMISOO with S3 in second place. I keep tabs on the current best contract to buy here.
