shipnit33, I have added you on Steam. There is only one "Butterfly Knife | Slaughter"-knife on the market with a price of 298,25€. This one is a "Field tested" however and yours is "Factory new" (and thus worth more).

EDIT: The lowest price I can see on Steam Analyst is $383.24, so 307.08€.

Butterfly slaughter FN is between 230 and 270 keys depending on the pattern, a lot more than $400 steam.

I would definitely take that 1.5 btc offer. You can easily buy keys @1.75/1.8 usd/key and lower, so this is pretty much a 320 key offer + you don't need to bother cashing out your keys, which is a hassle. Keys are valued at 2.5 each in terms of steam price, but valued at max $2 in terms of PayPal/USD/Bitcoin, and you're realistically not going to sell them higher than 1.9 unless you're lucky. I looked around and most people have a buyout of 270-300 keys for fn butterfly slaughter phoenix pattern, some of those as old as a month ago when butterfly knives were more expensive. I would take this offer if they're using escrow.

Everyone should always use escrow, or in the case of steam trades, you can find a trusted middleman/escrow from the steam community. Just be sure to watch out for impersonators because there are plenty. Always check reputation on steamrep.com and do some Google searching.
