57 seconds: 0d8ab6318993f00fbb68d2b6b348f24fffef14fd67dfa2a28bdd37c1f62a4f5b

That was cool, I will definitely be doing this again Grin

edit: This was a raw transaction and I wanted to see how long it would take for some random guy to broadcast it.

There's one way to say "fuck you" to transaction deanonymization.

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.

What is this Smiley
It was a raw transaction, which anyone could broadcast to the bitcoin network.
It's basically a check saying "send 0.001 BTC from address A to address B" that's already signed and valid. So, anybody I gave the code to could broadcast the transaction and they wouldn't be able to change anything (it would invalidate the existing signatures). 57 seconds passed, and i hear blockchain.info's *beep* regarding this transaction: https://blockchain.info/tx/0d8ab6318993f00fbb68d2b6b348f24fffef14fd67dfa2a28bdd37c1f62a4f5b

(someone reading the op in this thread copy pasted the raw transaction and pushed it to the network)

Were you asking about the "FUCK YOU TRANSACTION DEANONYMIZATION" part?
I'm pretty sure that was because everybody could be pushing everybody else's transactions to the network. Not much of an improvement from our current system Smiley
