All my btc suppliers are offline and I need btc right now, If someone sells me $30.00 worth or 3 people for $10.00 each (I'm trying to help peoples reputation) By trading with me I will vouch for you if you need to trade with someone else or trade with me again..

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

You could always buy something like an amazon gift card or similar for paypal, which can not be charged back, and then sell that for bitcoins. You might loose a few percent, but without a really good reputation no one will sell for paypal.
