I used strongcoin for a time and when blockchain.info messes up you are left unable to move funds. This happened for about a week and a half before I got a paper backup into Armory. If it isn't going to be a main wallet either would work well. But I like having everything on my end of things.

I use blockchain.info as a small wallet with the addresses I use backed up in Armory and on paper.  If blockchain.info goes down, I still have access to those bitcoins, assuming somebody doesn't somehow get access to private keys in blockchain.info.  But even if that happens, I don't keep more than $100 worth of bitcoins in blockchain.info wallets.

The blockchain.info wallet is very similar to last pass in the sense that their servers only store a blob of data, all the encryption/decryption happens in your browser.  Also they support two factor authentication which makes it slightly stronger than most desktop clients IMHO.

I have never used strong coin so I can not speak to that.

If you have an android phone BitcoinSpinner is a very secure option. The server side never sees the shadow of your private key, not even in encrypted form. Nothing to brute-force. If the server goes offline the app still allows you to export your private key.

BitcoinSpinner is hands down the fastest app out there.  I use it all the time to pay for my beer at Whiskey Dicks.  I can literally scan a QR code and send bitcoins, and have them received in less than 5 seconds.  Jan did it right.  All he needs is a graphics guy for 10-20 BTC to spice up the interface and its a winner.

You can attach a google authenticator to the online wallet. Freaking sweet.
