Really? Go to the top and click on the thread, he's the guy who opened the thread. Maybe he meant well or maybe he didn't read the TaC of the bank well enough.

I would care more about stupid forum admins who block entire IP ranges... The talkgold admin just successfully kept 90% of the portuguese internet users out of his forum lol But he doesn't block hidemyass.com which is a know proxy site. Very clever indeed lol, well that's surprising, there are few forums i've seen less moderated than that one, it's filled with scam threads where the starting poster wasn't banned or even signalled out by the admins

Sorry, I dont understand the context. What has all this to do with the "Anonymous Instant Reloadable VISA card"?

Limits are: From the ATM you can withdraw up to 500pln or 150eur or 130gbp or 200usd per day.
And you can have up to 3000pln or 2500eur or 2100gbp or 3500usd at one time.
And you can have up to 10000pln or 2500eur or 2100gbp or 3500usd per yer per 1 card.
And per 1 day you can pay on the internet up to 500pln or 1000eur or 800gbp or 1300usd.
If the cards are truly anonymous, an individual may have as many cards as he wants. What's the point of these limits then?

I fucked a little with paypal, they only support accounts in PLN for polish accounts. When I did the verification steps, I didn't properly convert USD to PLN (was rushing) so they locked that transfer. But I did receive the tests amounts in my account using IBAN. With a PLN card you should have no problems getting paypal verified.

Yes, psy, you're right. The postman was just trying to be sure - if he is delivering the package to right person. I've sent the package as "registered mail" because it's safe and they don't loose this type of letters. So everything is OK. Oh. Yeah, right. Sorry for the confusion The Rachunek ('account') number on the letter, it's a 26-digit number starting with 06109etc. I guess I have to insert PL in front of that, and that's my IBAN number where I can send SEPA payments to put funds on my cards, correct? Do I have to fill in any specific details with the payment description, or is it enough to just use the correct IBAN accont? I also tried checking out the prepaid.bzwbk.pl site (with google translate) but I'm not 100% sure yet what to do. Any possibility you could write a short description of how to create an account there? For my understanding: do I need to create an account there, before transferring funds? Or would I just need the account to be able to check the current funds online? (i.e. could I also transfer funds and use the card without creating an online account at all?)

@Kazmir 1) Yes. PL... where ... is the account number Great. I also got the BIC aka SWIFT code ("WBKPPLPP" like you and Psy mentioned earlier). Regarding the other info like account holder name & address: Can I fill in the bank's details here, as specified at the bottom of http://prepaid.bzwbk.pl/ ? I.e. that would be: Account holder name = Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. Address = Rynek 9/11 Zip code = 50-950 City = Wrocław Or should I fill in something else for account holder name (also known as beneficiary name) ? Or just any random name (note that I'm not referring to the description that I fill in along with the transaction, I really just mean the destination account details) Sorry to keep asking extensive questions, just trying to get it real clear so I don't f*ck up 3) Yes I will try to prepare the Tutorial for that website Awesome, thanks in advance!

Because this is true! And the tutorial - from bitcats looks nice. Except I would not input the fake data. I would input what is true: CardHolder Because those cards are anonymous
But how can the card be anonymous if I put the correct cardholder name?

Wait, I hadn't paid enough attention, you can only load this card with a bank transfer (SEPA or other)? Not with bitcoins?
If that's the case, then it's definitely not anonymous. Bank transfers are never anonymous, they are always traceable....

Choose an exchange which doesn't ask you for documents and do a SEPA transfer from there. Remember, the limits on the card will never make you hit any AML requirements. I charged mine completely anonymously, making a throw away account at an European exchange. Going to refrain myself from saying which exchange it was, ofcourse.
