Hi, I used bugmenot to login so don't contact me on this username.
I sell the same Visa cards from Poland, EUR currency, 3.5 bitcoins, at black market reloaded, you must use Tor software to access it.
my product listing: http://5onwnspjvuk7cwvk.onion/index.php?p=view_listing&id=4499
As these cards are already opened (uncovered), its too great a risk to use them.

@Dean: When will you get the EUR cards?

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

These cards have been sold online for $19.99USD for a long time.. just google.
Also, you can even order them from the bank itself if you use google translate... 15 PLN each.

I am agreed it is risky for online trade when someone knows card number and expiration date but it is not risky for using at ATM, for ATM only you have PIN code. so, it depends for what people decide to use it, those who want to cash out BTC at ATM, for them it is good. beside it, I didn't try to imitate sealed letter of the bank (mny customers would not know is it original or not) then I said honestly what is situation.

answer for rix: nobody can buy this cards from bank without address in poland. they send cards only to the address in poland. so, I have friend in poland and I got it through friend. I could not order it by myself, if I could, cards would be in sealed envelope and it would be easier for me to sell it.

Just ask your friend not to open the sealed envelopes.

Identify yourself as a polsih citizen or resident. That's the way to do it.
Or buy several cards.

Are the limits different for polish citizens?
If yes how could i identify myself as a polsih citizen?

The limits are good Smiley

Go to the ATM at 23:59 and 00:01 Polish Warsaw time (check google for: time in warsaw)
and you can withdraw up to 1000 PLN - it's a lot

when you have 100 cards you can withdraw up to 1 000 000 PLN in one night = 299 832 U.S. dollars
isn't it a lot?

If limits are too low = you need more cards. It's that simple.

Price: 3btc each with free shipping. Everybody likes it. Really Smiley

As I told you in PM, being able to use the card online and in stores makes 500 PLN/tx a bit low.
