If the issueing bank is WBK stay the hell away! ! have like 10 cards, 7 unused, 3 with a total of 2000USD but I cannot withdraw! I got them from a reputable vendor, there is a long thread on the talkgold forums. I might even have to fly to Poland or/and get a lawyer there to get my money back
Do you have any more info about this? Were you able to withdraw anything at all at first? What did the bank tell you when you contacted them?

So if I bought a USA card and added it to my online poker account, I would have to add the bank info with my name/address..since there is no name/addy attached to it, would it just accept mine? I know on VCCs and stuff they work with any name/address . is it the same with this? Or do you actually give a name/address at time of sign up?

Can someone explain the fee system for that EUR cards?
That pdf file on the bank page is not really readable after translation.
Can someone (maybe psy?) show a calculation of his transfers?
Lets say we sell btc worth exact 150 EUR and SEPA them to the VISA card. What will be the ammount of EUR we can have in our hands in cash when we withdraw the ammount on an atm outside of poland (still inside EU)?
Thanks!

You have to pay: - the intersango fees: 0,65% (trade fee) + 1.23 EUR (withdraw)
- the polish bank fees: 2-3%
- the atm fees (cash group): 1,95 EUR

To withdraw € 150 from an ATM on the Eurozone you pay €2.5, so you would need a € 152.5 balance to withdraw €150.
Do your math when sending money. If you withdraw paper cash on other currency than euros you'll be charged conversion fees.

"To withdraw € 150 from an ATM on the Eurozone you pay €2.5" It depends on who is the ATM owner and what kind of card you use. The "cashgroup" ATMs have lower fees.

I'm talking about using an EUR card exactly the same as DeanC sells to withdraw money on an ATM that dispenses EUR currency. The ATM's have no saying on the fees value. Fees are fixed by the bank/VISA.

So there is no other fee for receiving Euros via SEPA?
My math would be Intersango 0,65% (trade fee) + 1.23 EUR (withdraw) SEPA to VISA + 2.50€ ATM fee.
That would make this offer really really interesting... You would need 17 days with a daily withdraw to get to the 2500€ yearly max. Lets see how long these cards work.

So there is no other fee for receiving Euros via SEPA?
My math would be Intersango 0,95% (trade fee) + 1.23 EUR (withdraw) SEPA to VISA + 2.50€ ATM fee.
In your math, you have to add some bank charges of the polish bank.

I have noticed that bzwbk keeps the deposit in PLN even if it's a EUR card, since the balance varies even if there is no transactions..

Never seen that on my card. I had 776.56 and then the next day it was 776.48. Might be some fee, but I'm sure I didn't buy anything. I haven't compared it with the EURPLN exchange rate but what else could it be?

A question about the pekao card: I'm having problems with the SMS balance check, I'm not getting any reply. Is it working for anyone else? (Outside Poland).
DeanC: I'm not in need of cards right now, I'll get back to you when I am.

I would not recommend anyone to buy these cards from DeanC,
Me and dean settled on 6 BTC for 2 cards which I sent and extra, without asking, for shipping. I PM 2 days later asking what up and he tells me there is a holiday and cant ship til monday, he offers 1 extra card and I said no because I seriously doubt he has any in stock, if he told me about this prior I would have gladly waited but there was no mention of delay
He claims he is a good seller so this is why I a here, He is the very opposite of reliable and lacks in communication when its necessary, If you wanna spend money and wait for a week for excuses use DeanC,
I think you should have taken his offer of 1 extra card
