The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Thank you for answer, I charged it now.
So I will be in touch with updates about this.

Here again.
So after charging EUR card, paypal have no problem with accepting the card. (Thanks psy) I had to wait maybe one week for 4digit code to appears in History of transactions... but today i get it.
So everything worked well and from today "You've raised your account limits and become Verified, thank you! By confirming your card, you just raised your account limits and became a Verified member of PayPal. We'll refund all charges into your PayPal account within 24 hours." Also i have no problem with withdrawing from any ATM or paying in shops.

I highly recommend DeanC, he's a pro-seller with best product.

1) Please contact me via PM
2) Why did you input incorrect password?
3) You don't need online service to use the card - at all
4) you can contact Polish Bank (in english too) and talk to them

Some general questions which I haven't really seen answered per se.  Could someone answer each one directly since there are likely others thinking the same things:

1. If someone gets a USD one, is it possible to reload using MtGox?  If so, could an explanation be given how?  (I know we can through other exchanges, but this is currently my single option at the moment)
2. Can these be used in the same manner as one would typically use another credit card?  Specifically, I wish to order some gun parts (legal to do where I live - even with credit card), but if the Credit Card is linked to something/someone in Poland, would that cause issues?
3. Are any of you reputable users of these cards in Europe willing to reload for someone in exchange for bitcoins?   I live in the U.S. so to avoid the hassle I'd be willing to look into the option of someone loading for me for a small (bit coin) fee in addition to the bitcoins for the amount to reload. Smiley

#2 is the most important item to me at the moment.

Why dont you load it with mtgox cashout?

Like a bank transfer?  What option(s), specifically, would let me refund these cards if i didn't first go to the site ahead of time to register myself?

Haha, yeah that doesn't read very well does it? Smiley   What I meant to say is, what option(s) in MtGox would let me transfer money to the account that the card is associated with as easily as possible (to fund it), and without (hopefully) me having to register on some website in Poland?

@Dean
Do you know what is the max. amount (limit) to withdraw on Mtgox without the requirement of an ID verification?
