I just updated it... see if it says 3.6 now and works properly.
Arrr, that be better!  Thanks.  The pop-up setting was carried over correctly from the previous version.

Edit:  Something else I noticed in the previous version but forgot to mention is that when the program starts, the BTCguild hash rate is displayed correctly, but changes to "15 SECONDS" at the first refresh, and then stays like that.  Odd.  Same in 3.6.  At the next refresh the hash rate appears momentarily, then goes back to "15 SECONDS".

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I've seen that as well, but it was never consistent.  It should mean BTC Guild is returning "you can only use this API once every 15 seconds".  Clearly it's not hitting BTC Guild more than once in 15 seconds, so I don't know if that's BTC Guild acting up or my app.

Unless it's sending the API twice at each refresh?  (I have it set to 300 secs).

It doesn't happen all the time.  I put some debugging code in last night, and I see it happening sometimes.  I don't know why yet though.

It doesn't happen all the time.
At the risk of tempting Providence, it seems to have stopped happening at all.  Maybe Eleuthria has tweaked something at his end?

I haven't been able to look at it much.  The little I saw looked weird, I couldn't see how it could be me or the pool.

I just published v3.7.

- Added support for 3 addresses in Eligius instead of 1.  If only one address is used, "default" will show as the username in the grid.  Otherwise, the full address will show.  For the "balance last block", "estimated total", and "payout queue position", all three represent the combination of your multiple addresses.  For the balances, putting your cursor over the field will show the breakdown of which address has which balance.
- Revised the blockchain.info difficulty change estimate to be more elaborate and hopefully more accurate.  The "time between blocks" from the API proved to be highly
unreliable.  It now calculates the time between blocks on its own, using the block API from blockchain.info.  So far the next difficulty estimate appears to be much more accurate than it was last time.  We'll see what happens next switch.
- Added a BTC per hashrate estimator on the blockchain.info tab. It defaults to using current values, but you can override them and calculate your own values.  This also includes a USD per hashrate estimator.

If you Eligius and don't use 3 addresses, I wouldn't use v3.7.  I verified it works properly with 3 addresses, but there's a logic fail if you have one or two.  Sad

I just published v3.8.  See my sig for the link.

- The eligius BTC ratings work again if you have less than 3 addresses
- Fixed a few small minor problems with the BTC per hashrate estimator

I just published v3.9.  It fixes the percentage listed for the difficulty increase on the blockchain.info tab.  The actual estimated difficulty was correct (I proved that last change), just the displayed percentage change had a math error.

Latest (v3.9)

In the BTCguild window. when the 24 hour BTC payout falls below 0.0001 the display changes to exponential mode, so that 0.00008959 appears as 8.959E-05 - this confuses my poor old brain, as does dropping least significant zeros here and there, making 0.0075 appear at a glance as 0.00000075 and giving me palpitations!  Not that it should worry me greatly with earnings at that level.

Any possibility of displaying a fixed number of decimal places?

I'm probably not formatting the value, just displaying it as BTCG sends it.  That means I should be able to fix it.

Hello,

I love this software using Ver: 3.9, but im having trouble with 2 pools api's:

1)  multipool gives me a PJ:API ERROR (on mouse over)
"an error occurred when processioning the output from this pool. DPB=0".

2) slush's pool for MazaCoin (http://maza.suchpool.pw/) gives me CHECK API KEY (on mouse over)
"the remote server returned an error: (401) unauthorized"

any chance you can look into the 2 pools for me Smiley

Thank you for your time,

"an error occurred when processioning the output from this pool. DPB=0".

Multipool probably changed their API since I wrote it.  I'll have to check it.

Slush's pool is his BTC pool.  I don't think the two are interchangable.

First off, I'll start by saying I am not affiliated with Nimue Cryptomining, with the exception of utilizing their mining stratum, mining stats dashboard, and included mining infrastructure. I am simply a user of their service, and gain nothing monetarily from this request, nor the addition of their pool to your software. I have However, spoken with the pool admins for permission to make this request prior to posting. I would like to request  Nimue Cryptomining (http://www.nimuecrypto.com/) be added to Mpool Monitor? Nimue Cryptomining hosts Cryptomining pools for the following coins: Lite Coin, Dogecoin, Dark Coin, Litecoin X, and Vert Coin. The pool features an aesthetically pleasing stats dashboard, exceptionally helpful admins, and is donation based. I mine Litecoin with Nimue, and have been very pleased with my overall experience. I also mine Bitcoin on BTCGuild, of which all i can say for them is - i get my coins, nothing more. Nimue Cryptomining  pool deserves to be in your app, and deserves more attention from the crypto mining community.

Hi, I appreciate the request.  I'll see what I can do, but I wouldn't expect it anytime soon.  I simply don't have the time to do everything I want, so this project likely won't be touched again for a while.

M's Ant Monitor is getting the little attention that I have to spare... and I still have another project to kick off.
