Piracetam is one of the most well known nootropics that are used as a cognitive enhancement for better focus and a clear mind. Piracetam is an adaptogen, so the greatest effects will be felt after daily usage for about a week.

Oxiracetam:
 A member of the racetam family that is 5 times stronger than Piracetam. Like Piracetam, it is water soluble.

They're usually most effective when taken in stacks. No, the above medecines are not pre-stacked you need to make your own or do research and use those.
