Now I'm angry. This morning I go to my laptop and it was turned off!!
It must have been my dad but last night I forgot to put my dog in his room and if my dad came down he probably would have put him in it himself.

When I try to generate (at console) "setgenerate true 1"  I get  "13:29:29 Method not found (code -32601)"

Maybe try it without the 1 on the end just to test.

SHNICI setgenerate true is for mining with your cpu, there was no need for it with MCL, someone just said it would help when really it won't (it will do nothing for a PoS coin)

On the other hand I'm not sure about the Staking false part but are you Minting coins (staking) or are you only getting some from the faucet ?
