That is correct only 1 Client/Wallet per IP address, VPN's don't work either the same as MCL.

yeah also ... if there is some one willing to sell them at that cheap they can be happy to do it soon the price of this goin will reach 1000 satoshi like happened with mcl ( that reached 35000 satoshis)
