What about if we mix both "coin swap" (keep old FIND enthusiast satisfied) and "no coin swap" (don't let old coins' holders take over the new coin) ? Like, we exchange old coins for new ones 10:1 (reserving 7.74M for exchange), but we'll have not 10M, but 20M new coins? So we'll keep old coins community rewarded, but not let them take over the new coin? There's one point I'd like to make with new coin: even if new FIND coin somehow dies of some PnD, or because of any other 3rd party efforts - like, new coin's price will hit 1 sat, and coin will be delisting - there should be message for FIND enthusiasts that even in that case it's not over yet If somehow new FIND will fail - we have to consider such risks since no coin is safe - we'll just create new iteration of FIND with "old coins => new coins" exchange, so it'll provide some stability for anyone who would like to invest their time, money or efforts in FIND on the long run. Good coins (and communities behind them) shouldn't die just because of some pump&dump jerks And I like the idea of reserving, say, 10% of emission for coin growth bounties. 22M coins total, minus 2M coins for bounties (blockexplorer, richlist, translations, promo, coding features for new wallet versions), minus 7.74M coins for exchange = 12,26M coins to distribute via in-wallet faucet. 25% annual PoS is also great thing, I'd like to vote on that. I totaly agree whit you DenKoma, like I say no long time ago, you think it really smart ^^

I'm voting "yes" to all of DenKoma recent post ... but with some additional points ... please read all ... and specially the last part ... it's really important for all of us ...
1. The exchange for old FIND for new FIND coins is exactly the same with that I'm voting for - my version is 11M FIND, 1M for bounties, 4M for exchange or swap, 6M for new FIND distribution. The reason why I want to vote that way is because we need to be fair for all, so the old FIND holder can't have more shares or coins than the new FIND holders. So, I vote "yes" on the 22M FIND coins distribution
2. The iteration to keep FIND survived for the long haul is a good idea as FIND is a community coin, and I vote "yes"
3. 25% of annual PoS is also "yes" vote from me
4. For the 10% bounties is also "yes" ... but, after we already have stable wallet distribution, we need to start to make an announcement for our 1st bounty ... a bounty to find "FIND" dev. ... we need to have this bounty as our 1st bounty ... and I vote "yes" for our 1st community bounty ...
5. And we need more those type of bounties that will be announce by us ... the FIND community ... as we are kind of becoming "The Justice League" of crypto-currencies ... and if we are searching in this forum ... we will find easily all of those type of "scam" post investigation that is still hanging and not done ... might be, at least, we need to reward all of those people that are nice enough to give their time investigating the "scam" on those post ... and get them on our side as our investigators ... if possible ...
6. Basically, we need FIND name to be identified with justice ... and I vote "yes" on that ...
7. In addressing "e1ghtSpace" concerns ... I, too, quite concerns with our thread here ... because on the 1st page, you can see that this thread is self-moderated ... that's mean FIND dev. is still here deleting post unless somebody else is moderating this thread ... so, I vote "yes" to make a new FIND thread and leave this old FindYouCoin behind ...
For sure, I will copy and save this post for proof ... in case ... if this post will be deleted by the moderator ... aka FindYouCoin dev. ...

I've saved your post too.. BTW, we can expand this niche for new coin - not only finding scammers for bounties, but creating some kind of "antiscam watchlist", tracking not altcoins only, but all services, from new exchanges and pools to gambling sites and persons.

Is this a good start to making a new thread? [FIND] FindCoin About FindCoin
We are all fed up with scamers. We want to see their faces, and some of them behind bars. Let's put a bounty dedicated to those who are willing to conduct an investigation. I decided to create this coin with a sole purpose to raise such a bounty as a reward for the deanonymization of certain "developers". I don't care if this coin will gain zero value or even hit an exchange at all, but instead my intention is to create a symbol, a banner for everyone in the community that want those people to be found and brought to legally applicable justice. This coin is dedicated to all who fell victim to the countless scams and also a place to conduct research about developers who used our trust to earn money they never deserved. I realize that I can not do this on my own but I hope if the community will unite somewhere (here for example) we may produce some good results. I know it may not work but I feel we have to try it, and try it crypto-style. What I propose is to create crypto-currency with only one purpose - fund bounties for the info about scam devs. No matter how much volume this coin gets, it will always remain as a symbolic reward for the effors of those who care. I'm not telling you we should do something bad to those people, no. However we deserve the right to find them and know their real identities. Gather proof and evidence and perhaps one day some of them will regret what they did to us. To fulfill my idea I created a coin and faucet that will giveaway all of the money supply to anyone willing to accept it. Anyone will get coins for free and will be able to donate them as a bounty for the info about certain devs. Someone smart enough to find a dev's credentials will receive that bounty after the provision of certain proofs - then all the information will be published. When and if someone will becomes deanonymized, everyone will know how they can support this effort, and invest in something that ensures a safe environment for the rest of us. Why don't you just gather BTC's? I'm here long enough. I know how any fundraiser works. You pay someone BTCs for a good cause and next day watch his pictures in a bathrobe somewhere in the hotel spending your hard earned money on the vodka and chicks. I could promise you anything but I do not expect someone to believe me and you shouldn't (I wouldn't). Instead, let this coin be in your wallets and outside of the market for the time being. There will be no mining costs and no efforts required to get those coins. Let it stay with you until some scamer, or at least someone is found. At that very moment you will know which coin you should invest in to reward those who ensured your security and exposed frauds. Let's come up with a blacklist of scamcoins, let's gather what we have in one place and let's pursue those things and find them. I invite everyone to participate in this initiative, update research and explore every possible bit of information about those coins and their devs. Submit coin names with links on scam threads and I will keep track of it. I will also try to sort out all of information about the progress. Let's do it together. Every bit counts, tell me how much was scammed, what you know about the dev, post links, post evidence. Be active and eventually we will find them. Distribution
?% of FIND will be distributed via in-wallet faucet. All you have to do is just keep your wallet running to receive the funds. By doing so you will also be supporting the FIND network FindCoin Specs
Name: Find Coin Ticker: FIND Initial coin supply: ? FIND will be distributed via faucet ? FIND will be swapped with existing FindYouCoin holders Distribution period: ? days (? coins per hour) POS annual interest: ?% Q & A's:Q: POW? Algo? A: No POW rewards. Algo is X13 Q: Is it the same distribution model as miraclecoin? A: Almost FIND will be ?% distributed via in-wallet faucet and ?% swapped with original holders of FindYouCoin Q: Coins are distributed every hour? A:Yes. Faucet distributes ---yet to be decided--- coins/hour.

I say old coin for mew straight exchange. And id go for a nice round 500M coins.
The few of us that have held coin have done so because we believe in the coin, we shouldn't be abandoned , after all if it wasn't for this community we wouldn't be continuing the coin.
WHOA! 500M? Are you high or something!!??!?? The more coins there are the less value they have and it seems to me that most people like lower marketcaps. I'd go with 10M if I were you. LOL... sorry! I got the wrong end of the stick ..... Thought that was total coins for FIND lol... Teach me to read things in a hurry....

Click here for proof of deleted postYeah ... it's strange ... so, who's deleting the recent post ... dated after Nov. 29, 2014 ... ?!!?! I'm saying "yes" for starting a new thread ... but, I guess we need to wait for the community majority to say "yes" to start a new thread ... Thanks for the investigation "e1ghtSpace" ... cool ... New ANN would be perfect who the team will be responsible for it
