Great coin so far but it's time to put that pre-mine to work!  A third party block explorer is necessary for exchange listings.  It's possible to get onto the big exchanges without paying up front but for that you need volume and interest.  Giveaways,  twitter promotions,  etc. can all help drive that.

I believe so.  It said block height 1 right?  It was weird because the premine was sent to another address and added 1500 DIO onto total?  Am I wrong?

Yes that is the correct address, and it is also freely available on the main post. When genesis block was mined there was 2 quick blocks so that is why there was 1500 added.

We will use this 1500 to have a give away for everyone who can't mine.

Yes that is correct, if you see the timing of block 1 and block 2 there is less than a second apart. Hence why 2 blocks.
