I would advise all users that decide to deal with him use an escrow.
He is a new member and has a negative trust rep.

In any way, I wish the OP best of luck.

Hi, i'm not sure why escrow would help here because i'm the one sending btc.

Escrow would protect the buyer of your BTC... you know, so you can't run and make a new account after you receive the paypal funds and not send the BTC. It doesn't protect you from chargebacks but neither does them sending first.

Careful guys. Stay away from new members who won't send first or use escrow. You'll end up getting scammed or wasting your time.

I will buy all using PayPal if you agree to use escrow for your BTC or if you agree to go first.

You should agree to an escrow, considering you are a new member, or you should be willing to send first to a trusted member.

Since you agree to send first, contact me via PM with your exchange rate, if we both agree on a price, we shall strike the deal.
