In order to meet our goals of creating a good cryptocurrency with real use, we need funds. These funds will be used for:

- TippingRocks bots: the development of a system (like changetip) that will allow everyone to send and collect tips. Like we said before, the system will be available for Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Reddit.
- Marketing: our goal is to introduce and teach about cryptocurrencies to every new person. That's why a good campaign is needed for as long as possible, so our goal can be actually met.
- Server: when the system is fully working (site + bots), a good server capable of supporting a nice amount of people and requests will be needed.
- Mobile and web wallets.
- Bounties.

IPO terms:
- IPO is escrowed by redsn0w.
- 4.000.000 TPRS (4 million) will be sold.
- Each TPRS will be sold for 0.00002 BTC (2k satoshis).

Well, it seems that people don't read. Don't like the project, do not post.

Also, we have not released any other coin. If there's something that looks like any other coin, is because of the fonts. We have used "DOCK11" and "Champagne and Limousines" fonts, which are free and can be downloaded from dafont.com. Stop making accusations without proof.

The idea itself is very interesting, but how can we all be sure that everything will be done and you won't run with the BTC?

Well, first of all, the proof of developer will give you all an idea of who we are and what we do.

And second, this is something we wanted to do for a long time, and it will be completed even if IPO is not successful. We've been working as programmers for about 7 years now, so everything we got planned can be done by us. Of course that with a successful IPO, those funds can be used to hire a larger team and make everything a lot faster.

We know it's really hard to trust new coins. Even if anyone trust us now, we believe that next month we will prove that they were wrong.

Hello! Our idea is that everyone who are interested in this project, can collaborate by answering questions from new people. But now that you say it, we think it would be nice to have a team of instructors that can always be there. And of course they would be paid.

Hello! I didn't understand your question! If you meant what else will be done, right now we want to be focused in the whole TippingRocks system (which includes the bots), since that's the main goal.

Read the topic. We explained everything. And 40% is the MAXIMUM that will be sold from IPO, and the money the project will need to achieve every goal.
Think that the mining phase will last for about a year, so in these 12 months we will have to pay for marketing, pay the servers, etc. And most of the money will go to the dedicated team who will program the system and bots for the platforms. That's expensive.
