I want to invest in land, give me your loan and you'll have whatever you want in return. 10 million is ideal, but I can work with lower amounts. I've had over a dozen successful trades on these forums and I'm capable of doing great things for both of us, if you give me a chance.

I don't think you guys grabbed the concept that there is no set interest for this loan. You choose it. Want the 10 mil trippeled? That's fine.
If you have the capacity of providing a loan of this scale, we can talk further about my business plan somehow, or in person.
We can set this up in a way that the land is deeded to your name until the loan is paid for. I'll put my life up for this, please take this thread seriously.
